This video is an excellent example of our art gallery reception event video service. Although this was an early example of the service it set the trend for future reception videos with its pace and style.

For this production I interviewed each artist involved to create a beautiful record of the event with their thoughts about their work. I also inteviewed gallery owner David Stravitz of New York City and weaved the various comments into a story with insights into the creative process of the artists. This video was posted on the eDavid Gallery website, You Tube and the Crumlic Media site and was used as a tool by David to draw more artists and customers to his gallery and shows.

Other potential uses for video such as this could include playing on a widsescreen television or computer monitor at the gallery for clients and customers who could not attend the reception. It can be put on DVD to present to clients, patrons, benefactors, board members or anyone you wish to see what is happening at your arts venue.

The raw video I shot at this show opening reception was also used for news stories on WFMZ TV and on Service Electric Cable TV 2 News.
